Henry DiCarlo
Henry DiCarlo is an Emmy Award Winning, AMS Meteorologist and sportscaster for the KTLA 5 Morning News. Henry has received an Emmy for Weather, Sports and Reporting.
Henry earned his meteorology degree from Mississippi State University and also has a communications degree from California State University, Fullerton. Prior to coming to KTLA in 2010, Henry has worked at KCBS/KCAL and he has also worked in Seattle and Salt Lake City. He began his career as a sportscaster in Palm Springs.
Born and raised in the city of Orange, he graduated from Villa Park High School. Henry and his wife Lisa, have two sons, Henry and Jack. As a family, they enjoy traveling and playing sports. Henry and his wife volunteer and support charities for children’s, military, and animal-related issues. Lisa is the creator of, ”Tails That Teach" (www.tailsthatteach.org), an early humane education program used in schools and animal shelters. Together they are the founders of "National Rescue Dog Day", observed on May 20th.
