This natural science workshop is offered to scouts on Saturday afternoons. All sessions are geared to a variety of ages and provide an exciting opportunity to learn about animals and nature firsthand. If you are visiting the Zoo on a self-guided basis, we offer these activities to enhance your visit: Conserve to Improve Scavenger Hunt Scavenger Hunt Answer Key Reservations required for all Scout Programs. Please call (714) 647-6562. Space is limited, please reserve early. Our Scout Patch Program is a 2 ½ hour program fashioned after the requirements for various environmental science badges for both Brownie and Cub Scouts. Programs are offered on select Saturday afternoons and include an animal presentation, Zoo activity, notebook and embroidered patch. Programs are offered October through May.
